Thank you Johannes. Yes! I did read that article. As a friend said, I am looking for a suburb in the middle of the city. Perhaps there's a veiled corner of domestic Eden somewhere . . .

Hello Elizabeth,
I teach on the Upper East Side on Lexington between 90th and 91st on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, and on Broadway between Houston and Prince Tuesday afternoons and evenings, and Fridays and Saturday afternoon. I have other times available downtown as well. I am also employed at Soho Sanctuary.
I don't run into many people who know Continuum, so that is a pleasant surprise.
If you have any more questions or would like to book a session, please e-mail me at info@meganbrians.com or call me at 917.293.0714.
Take care,
Megan

So great to read your post, here, Megan. I'm going to post a link to my Facebook page. These Continuum breath techniques can be so effective - I love that you're spreading the word!

I really enjoyed this post as I've experienced Megan's work with Polarity and find it wonderfully relaxing. It's also lovely to feel that someone is involved in your feelings in the way that Megan describes it here. I'd also like to take the Somatic Intuition workshop because I think it would help me in my own business which involves working closely with other people. Thank you for sharing this information.

Hello Chiropractor from Myrtle Beach,
I apologise for my late reply! I was away and just saw your post now.
The first blog that comes to mind is Barbara Sinclair's holistic nutrition blog. Her well-written post from June 1st nicely describes some of the theories behind doshas:
http://blog.barbarasinclair.com/
Some of the more in depth information I gathered was from two of Sri Swami Mayatitananda's books, "Women's Power to Heal" and "Ayurveda: A Life of Balance."
Otherwise, I would just Google "Ayurveda doshas" and see what you come across. There's a lot of information out there.
I hope this helps!
Take care,
Megan

I have read a few other blogs related to this subject in the past couple of days in doing a research report for my boss. I have to say that what you're saying here makes perfect sense and is helping me to get my head around this subject. Do you have any other websites you could recommend to help my research?

Regards,
